Built in 2018, these have been Glenn's personal muse - or, speakers for the past few years.

Lead Vocals...
The design is based around the legendary ESS AMT large tweeter - recessed into the front baffle. The air transformer (drive unit) "squeezes & expands" it's folded pleated mylar diaphragm; thereby, moving the "air-load" at very high volumes. This is very different than a conventional transducer that "pushes & pulls" air to make sound waves. The result? Fast and explosive transients with a very high power handing.
Now, being "3 way" speakers; much of the vocals are actually reproduced by the 6" midrange, compliments of SB Acoustics.
The two drive units are a perfect duet - each complimenting each other in perfect harmony

The Rhythm section...
If your into more than a good acapella - then you probably also like tight accurate bass. Well, there is no shortage of it with the AMT Rock Monitors. We are certain you'll experience full and rich sound with the 10" woofer & passive radiator combination (again) compliments of SB Acoustics.
The cabinets are heavy & dense with little to no resonance. This part due to the separate sealed enclosure that the bass drivers reside in; As well as the thick 3/4" mdf and internal bracing.
Cabinet dimensions are 42" (H) x 18" (W) x 18" (D), thankfully taking up less space than your alternative - a five piece band.

"The Schmidt A7..."
Looking for something "visceral"?
This very special pair of horn-loaded speakers loosely resembles the Altec A7 but is updated and in a much more manageable size.
In fact, the enclosure is based on a scaled down Altec 816A & uses high-performance handmade 12" drivers from Precision Devices. The updated hand-built crossovers are complimented with Solen Capacitors and Hammond Chokes and allow for "full-range" and "low-frequency bypass". Finally, to retain that "vintage-glow", these demonstrators use a pair of original Altec 811b horns & 806-8A compression drivers.
Production pairs offer various horn & compression driver choices from brands like B&C, Radian, & more.

The Schmidt A7 crossover elects to use traditional choke-style transformers rather than modern air-coils in order to retain a vintage look and mood in terms of sound reproduction.
